Appointments at the Covéa Group

Arthur Dénouveaux has been appointed Chief Transformation Officer within the Insurance France department. At the same time, he will continue to serve as Chief of Staff to Stéphane Duroule, Chief Insurance Officer France. The Transformation Management department will consolidate the running and coordination of major transformation projects concerning the Insurance France department.

Aurélie Lagré has been appointed Chief Data Officer and Director of Data Transformation and Performance within the Offers and Services department, reporting to Valérie Cohen, and has also taken on the role of Chief Data Officer for the Insurance France department.

Jérôme Lamoureux has been appointed Chief Performance and Purchasing Strategy Officer within the Sustainability and Transformation Finance department, reporting to Aude Messin. He will take up his duties on 1 March 2024.

Priscilla Cournède has been appointed Director of Economic Affairs within the Regulatory and Economic Affafirs department, reporting to Thierry Francq.

Biographies

Arthur Dénouveaux holds degrees from the Ecole Polytechnique, the Ecole Nationale de la Statistique et de l’Administration Economique and Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.

Having spent his early career in quantitative finance at Société Générale, he co-founded and became Managing Partner of Machina Capital, an innovative fund management company that received the Finance Innovation label in 2017.

He joined MMA as Chief Innovation Officer in January 2021 and, while remaining in this role, also became Director of Covéa Affinity in September 2021.

He is also chair of the charity Life for Paris to help victims of the Paris attacks of 13 November 2015, and has written essays for publishers Gallimard, L’Aube and La Martinière. In 2019, he was awarded the prestigious French honour of "Chevalier de l'Ordre National du Mérite”.

Arthur Dénouveaux has been Chief of Staff to Covéa’s Chief Insurance Officer France since January 2023.

Aurélie Lagré is an actuary who studied at the Institut de Science Financière at d’Assurances (ISFA).

Before joining Covéa, she began her career as an actuary in the Life Insurance and Banking Technical department at Axa France.

She joined the Group in 2007 as an actuary at MAAF, before taking on a variety of roles in relation to Solvency II. In 2017, she became Group Head of Prudential Central Actuarial and Actuarial.

In February 2021, Aurélie Lagré was made Chief Transformation and Economic Performance Officer within the Offers and Services department.

Jérôme Lamoureux studied at the Saint-Cyr French national military academy and ESSEC business school. He began his career in 2001 at Air France-KLM as Head of International Procurement, becoming deputy route manager in 2004.

In 2008, he joined Fidélia Assistance as Head of Payments and Service Provider Networks.

He was appointed Head of Motor Insurance and Assistance within the Networks and Partnerships department at Covéa AIS in 2016.

In 2018, Jérôme Lamoureux became Director of Assistance and Deputy CEO of Fidélia Assistance, as well as being a member of the management committee.

Priscilla Cournède studied at the Ecole Polytechnique and the Ecole Nationale de la Statistique et de l’Administration Economique, holds a certificate in business administration from Sciences Po and the Institut Français des Administrateurs, and is a certified member of the Institut des Actuaires.

She joined Covéa in 2020 as project manager, in charge of strategic projects within the Technology and IT Systems department.

From 2021 to 2023, Priscilla Cournède was Chief Transformation Officer within the Transformation and International Activities department, helping all the Group’s brands with their transformations in relation to data, digital technology and artificial intelligence, and management of investment to support the Group’s transformation.

Before joining Covéa in 2020, Priscilla worked for public and private organisations including SCOR, Mercer HRC, OECD and Société Générale in a variety of roles, primarily in the area of insurance and reinsurance, capitalising on her skills as an economist, statistician, actuary and project manager.
